Hi to the group,
Some of my friends in the group know I've been doing a lot of Project Management training for the Army, on-base at Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Gordon, Georgia, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky. It's been a very rewarding experience, and in the process, I've picked up a lot of Lessons Learned for trainers.
I was recently interviewed about the Army training for 2 different blogsites, which I'd like to share with this group:

Thanks for sharing the links - I particularly enjoyed the interview with Soma. One quote stood out for me:
"In my PM work, I have always tried to stand up for what I believed was right. I’ve had to take unpopular positions at times. But I very often prevailed, partly because I am good at making a case, but mainly because I was trying to do what I believed was truly in the best interest of BOTH my customers and my company.."
I really think that's the basis for authentic leadership...staying true to a consistent set of core principles and allowing others to understand who you are, what you stand for and why you are acting in this way. I took a lot from that one quote - thanks so much.
